How do I properly clean my DTR product?
All of our products are hand wash only. When needed, spot clean with a damp cloth. While our products will stay clean for long they are also fit to withstand numerous cycles of handwashing.
Do you offer monogramming? How long does it take?
Yes, we can add a monogram to most of our products! The cost is $15 and monogramming will add 2-4 business days to your processing time.

Shipping / Returns
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 1PM ET will be processed and shipped out the same day. Please allow 3-7 days for USPS Priority delivery and 1-2 days for USPS Express delivery.
Does DTR ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition with all tags attached.

Can I return a monogrammed product?
No. All monogrammed items are final sale.
