All eligible U.S. returns and exchanges are free within 60 days of purchase. Products must have original tags attached and we only accept underwear in unworn condition, with original tags and stickers, in its unopened original polybag.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed before 2PM EST will be processed and shipped out the same day. Please allow 3-4 days for USPS delivery and 1-2 days for USPS expedited delivery. Please note all monogrammed items take an additional 3-5 days to process.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have all tags attached. Your item needs to have the digital receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we are not able to accept returns of monogrammed items.

CAN I RETURN A MONOGRAMMED PRODUCT?

ALL MONOGRAMMED ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

When will I receive my Refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Are Return Shipping Fees Free?

Returns are not free. We deduct $10 from your refund for return shipping costs.

Will I be refunded my original shipping charge?

No, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
